- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
 - 4 cloves fresh garlic
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
 - 4 flour tortillas
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Optional: paprika or Italian herbs for added flavor
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
 - Finely chop the garlic and mix with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a small bowl.
 - Shred the cooked chicken and combine it with the garlic mixture and shredded cheese until melted.
 - Place a scoop of the mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and lay seam-side down in the baking dish.
 - Sprinkle additional cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
