- 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
