  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese blend (mozzarella and parmesan)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream, half of the cheese blend, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the shrimp mixture until coated.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and parsley.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
