- 8 oz cooked spaghetti
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the spaghetti until al dente, drain, and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Gently fold in marinara sauce.
- Grease a round pie dish and pour in the spaghetti mixture; press down lightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
