- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest before slicing into thin strips.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing in the center, then add romaine lettuce and sliced chicken.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla tightly over the filling and roll it up securely.
- Slice diagonally if desired, then serve with additional dressing.
