Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fajita seasoning (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts and vegetables into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and season with fajita seasoning; sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet; add sliced onions and bell peppers to cook until soft (about 4 minutes).
- Return chicken to the skillet; squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
- Serve immediately on warm tortillas with toppings of choice.
