Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tahini sauce (for drizzling)
- Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook marinated chicken on the grill or baking sheet for about 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- In serving bowls, layer chopped lettuce and sliced tomatoes as a base.
- Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with tahini sauce before serving.
