Ingredients
- 200g high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 300ml heavy cream
- 50g granulated sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Whip chilled heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold melted chocolate into whipped cream, then carefully fold in whipped egg whites.
- Add the chopped hazelnuts and mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer to serving glasses and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
