Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until onions are translucent.
- Toss in sliced mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce; cook until mushrooms soften (about 5 minutes).
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in sour cream until fully combined; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
