Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and carrots; sauté until soft and onions are translucent.

  3. Add ground beef to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
