- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken until golden brown (about 8-10 minutes). Ensure it is fully cooked.
- Layer half the chicken in the baking dish, followed by slices of ham and half of the Swiss cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients.
- Top with remaining chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, and sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
