  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until al dente (7-8 minutes), then drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, sautéed chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in half of the grated cheddar cheese before pouring the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
