Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Assemble the dumplings: Place about 1 tablespoon of filling on each dumpling wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Make the broth: In a large pot over medium heat, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil. Add additional soy sauce to taste.
- Cook the dumplings: Gently add dumplings to boiling broth; cook until they float (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add spinach: Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot: Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
