Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Wash and chop tomatoes, dice onion, and mince garlic.

- Blend: Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender; blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
- Finish with basil: Stir in torn basil leaves just before serving.
