- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), diced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, half the cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
