- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your countertop for easy access.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk and water, warming until just below boiling.
- Stir in turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy hot, optionally garnished with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
