- 2 cups fresh shiitake or cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped

- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine chicken broth, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Simmer until fragrant.
- Add frozen potstickers to the broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Incorporate sliced mushrooms and chopped bok choy into the pot. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and drizzle sesame oil just before serving. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if preferred.
