- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
Instructions
- Prep your cooking space by gathering all ingredients and tools.
- Cook your pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and add cubed cream cheese and heavy cream; stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet; toss thoroughly to coat every strand in the creamy sauce. Serve hot.
