  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 lb fresh gnocchi
  • 1 cup freshly grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping garlic and cutting chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer gently while stirring in grated Asiago cheese until melted.
  5. Gently fold in gnocchi and cook until warmed through (2-3 minutes). If using spinach, add it now and cook until wilted.
  6. Serve hot with additional cheese on top.
