Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add Cream and Cheese: Gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring. Once heated, mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season: Stir in Cajun seasoning and adjust to taste.
- Combine: Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, coating evenly.
- Serve: Plate immediately with optional parsley or extra cheese.
