Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam cauliflower florets for about 5-7 minutes until just tender.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Gradually add milk while whisking continuously until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until melted and creamy.
- Gently fold the steamed cauliflower into the cheese sauce until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
