  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. Cook shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Make Alfredo sauce: Lower heat, add garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute, then stir in heavy cream. Simmer before adding Parmesan until melted.
