- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
- Cook the linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add chicken pieces, and sauté until golden brown. Stir in minced garlic until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Gently fold in spinach until wilted, then mix in the cooked linguine along with reserved pasta water to reach desired creaminess.
