- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
 - 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering them on your counter.
 - Boil water in a large pot; add salt and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
 - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes each).
 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
 - Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing gently to coat each piece in the sauce.
 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
