Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil together. Add minced garlic, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in grated parmesan and reserved pasta water until smooth and creamy.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring each strand is well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
