Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a creamy, irresistible dish that combines the bold flavor of garlic with rich Parmesan cheese for a delightful meal in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 46 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted, adding reserved pasta water as needed to adjust sauce consistency.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
