- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
- Boil the halved potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in heavy cream and gradually add grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and toss them with the creamy garlic sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
