Instructions
- Peel and smash the garlic cloves to release their aroma.

- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Slowly stir in the heavy cream until well combined.
- Mix in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
