Instructions

- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Gradually whisk in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and combined.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg to taste.
- Remove from heat and pour over your favorite pasta or use as a dip.
