Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
