Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet; sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly; simmer until slightly thickened (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in grated Parmesan until melted; add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.
