Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Sear chicken in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add chopped artichokes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Return seared chicken to skillet, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
