- 2 cups fresh spinach

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach with the drained artichoke hearts until the spinach wilts (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in the sautéed spinach and artichokes until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
