  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the onion and garlic finely. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into uniform meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the meatballs until golden brown on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and add cream cheese; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Add spinach to the sauce and let it wilt for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return meatballs to the skillet with the sauce; cover and simmer on low for another 10 minutes.
