Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the penne and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes).
- Sauté garlic and peas: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute before adding frozen peas.
- Combine tuna and cream: Fold in drained tuna and heavy cream until well mixed and creamy.
- Season: Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to enhance flavors.
- Mix everything: Drain the pasta (reserve some pasta water) and add it to the skillet. Toss until coated, adding reserved water for creaminess if needed.
- Finish with cheese: Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
