Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse cannellini beans under cold water.
  2. In a food processor, combine the beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
