- 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 200g each)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Thoroughly wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat dry.
- Using a fork, poke several holes into each potato.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes; rub in well and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes until crispy outside and soft inside. Check doneness by piercing with a fork.
