Instructions
- Wash mini potatoes thoroughly and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Add fresh herbs for extra flavor if desired.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
