  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: About 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium Russet potatoes (about 300g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • Optional seasonings: 1 teaspoon paprika, garlic powder, or ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat dry the slices with paper towels. Toss with olive oil and chosen seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place potato slices in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
  6. Let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
