- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Press the tofu between paper towels for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine cubed tofu with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
