Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the Russet potatoes and pat them dry.
 - Poke holes all over each potato using a fork to allow steam to escape.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, rubbing it in for even coverage.
 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in the basket without overcrowding.
 - Cook for 35-40 minutes until tender inside and crispy outside. Check doneness by inserting a fork; it should slide in easily.
 - Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, slice open, and add your favorite toppings before serving.
