- 4 medium russet potatoes (about 200g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional toppings: Sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the russet potatoes under cold water; pat them dry.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
- Halfway through cooking, shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
