- 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 1 pound each)

- 1 tsp sea salt
- Your favorite toppings (sour cream, cheese, chives, bacon bits)
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes under cool water until clean.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to prevent steaming.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with sea salt; rub to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing open and fluffing the insides; add your favorite toppings.
