- Sour cream or guacamole (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping onion and bell pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef, cumin, and chili powder; cook until browned (approximately 8 minutes).
- Assemble quesadillas by placing beef mixture and cheese on half of each tortilla; fold over.
- Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (3-4 minutes per side).
- Slice into wedges and serve hot with sour cream or guacamole.
