- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the stems, and slice in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top during the last minute of cooking.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
