- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crisping.
- Once golden brown, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
