Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least one hour to enhance tenderness.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika to create your coating.
- Heat about two inches of vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge each piece of marinated chicken in the flour mixture until well-coated.
- Fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the fried chicken rest on paper towels to absorb excess oil before serving.
