Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour to enhance tenderness.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to about 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite sides.
