Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick spray.
- In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts in another bowl, then coat them generously in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
