  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil (canola or vegetable)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  3. Slice the chicken into strips and coat each piece in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken strips for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
